Our case, which is still ongoing, has to do with the purchase and transfer of a property. - Legal documents were full of errors. - Conveyancing attorney & admin staff seem to be out of their depth. - Senior partners don't care and didn't acknowledge any of our requests to intervene. - No answer on either of their Cape Town or Johannesburg landlines.

We paid our invoice in full but clearly our money and business was not worth their time and effort.

I've had better engagement and support at Home Affairs and the Traffic Department.
