I started the process of buying the plot being helped by Mr Shozi as a lawyer since 2025.we signed offer of purchase and we paid the all the money to start process of transfer.Since than he told us that the property is owing municipality bills and they trying to pay and sort it.eventually the title deed registered to our name on the 29/01/26 and when we go to municipality to register our names since we have tittle deed we found that he did not pay the rates and no one knows how since he can not do transfer without paying previous debt we are now sitting can't able to do anything waiting and he has been giving us run around can you please assist and intervene
