Shox Enduro Ascended On Its Own.

I've recently bought a Shox Enduro drone last week. I searched the review of the drone on YouTube before using it. Within that moment I opened the package, set everything together then launched it. Knowing that I had read the manual instructions I started flying the drone. It launched perfectly fine. Not even 5 minutes had passed the drone decided to ascend on its own and flew away. I tried to bring it back with the remote control but nothing happened it continued ascending over neighbors houses.

The very same week I bought another drone and went through the manual instructions again. It launches perfect likewise. Today it tried to fly away again but luckily it hit the corner of some building and I managed to press the takeoff/land button just in time.

If anyone could just tell me why someone had to produce a drone and lie about its features. The flying range again is a big problem I'm facing right now. I'm scared to launch the drone that it might ascend on its own again.
