Sonu Nigam Show Durbann

We bought 5xR600 tickets for the Sonu Nigam Show, we were placed in Auditorium LL. When we purchased the tickets via Computicket it showed us that our seats were all together but we were placed all over.. Two of us was facing the crowd while the other three was facing a brick wall, our two seats that we could sit in was occupied by other people who had similar problems and refused to move. We spoke to a whole lot of people who were so rude and made it seem like we dumb and didn't know how to book tickets online when we book online all the time. They told us to take it up with Computicket and its not their problem. After missing an hour of the show they placed us in R250 seats and we were right at the back, yet we paid R600 which amounted to R3000 for 5 of us. They were very rude. R600 tickets should have been on the floor infront of the R500 tickets. Were we were placed initially was the seats of the cheaper tickets according to shows I attended previously. How do people sell tickets that our view is blocked of by a wall? People paid for the show and didn't go sit there for free, they should be spoken to with respect. Everyone in Auditorium LL had a problem.
