Showtime manangement disregard to answer request of paying customers

I am very dissapointed with the bookings and arrangements of monsterjam Cape Town. I have requested info regarding parking the whole week. Last night I purchased parking at R150 x3 and now this morning they update if you have pit party tickets parking is available. Why only now post these details. They do not reply to any request on facebook to anybodies questions Very dissapointed !!!
