ShowTime finance wants to **** me

I have recently app**** for a loan of which I didn't get it and already showtime finance promised to debit R299 starting from 15 January and I am not happy about it I don't even know what is it for. I have sent cancellation email but no response. I feel like l have been ****med. Hellopeter may you please assist me by cancellation.
