my account has been debited twice after doing a loan enquiry

In November 2017 i did a loan inquiry with Showtime finance, i completed an online application, but however later decided i no longer want to take out the loan,the website states that there is no obligation to applying for the loan, i have not received any documents but did receive a call from one of the agents which i cannot remember and told them i am no longer interested. the agent was persistent that he could assist me and that i should sent through all relevant documents. which i did not, and have not heard from them again, On the 20 December 2017 i was debited for an amount of R249 .00 and again on the 31 January 2018. There is not email or sms notification of this debit order nor did i sign any agreement. I would like my funds to be credited back into my bank account as this than is false advertising of a no obligation loan. I have sent an email on the 20 December requesting a call back but no one has i have again sent another email 31 January to enquirer about this but no luck.
