Cancellation of R299.00 from Showtime finance

I app**** for a loan at Showtime finance, which was declined and the next thing I recieved a message saying R299, 00 will be deducted from my account which they did. Tried to contact them to cancel the so called 3 in 1 but can't reach them send an email and they are not responding. Please hello Peter assist me to stop Showtime finance from taking R299.00 from my account
