Bad attitude

I have app**** for a loan through Showtime Finance. I have not sent through all the relevant documentation as I could not get time off from work, hence the application was not complete. I received an email confirming a deduction for services rendered, hence I disputed the deduction because I never supp**** all relevant documentation.<br> I have been dealing with Nathan Crowster and he has been sending me very condescending emails which I addresses with him directly. He did not apologize or anything but has just sending rowdy messages. If this is how they deal with Clients at this Company, I would not want to refer anyone to them. He needs to change his attitude if he wants to build a client base.<br>
