I app**** for a loan 2 months ago. In the process they ask you to subscribe to a R299 service charge when I placed my bank details in the page expired and never processed the loan. Now they deducting the R299 from my account. I can't get through via phone nor email this is a **** and I can't cancel the subscription as I can't get through to this people.
