Worst service ever!

What can I say, please check, they advertise stock that they do not carry, we ordered on the 26 September and 6 days later we received an e-mail to say that they do not have stock. Please check because it takes 7-14days for you to get your money back. They also say they answer your mail within 24 hours not true - I had to phone them.
