Worst online shopping experience- you must threaten them and arrange to collect your things from manufacturer if you want to win

If there was zero stars I would definitely give them that. They wanted to **** me after saying my order will be delivered in 3 days which took 2 weeks of me calling every day. When I started threatening them about opening a case of being ****med they then paid the manufacturer for my order. Imagine in 2 weeks they were telling they waiting for funds to reflect on the manufacturer’s side. I demanded the address for the manufacturer so I collect myself, only then I actually got help. If it wasn’t for my calling and shouting, I would’ve been ****med my money. They always promise to call back which never happens. When you ask them why isn’t the website showing updates on the delivery, they say oh let me do it now. It’s a whole joke to be honest. It sounds like the business is ran from their bedrooms. They don’t care about people at all. Which I came across these reviews before I bought from them, but somehow they were not showing, only after purchasing that put me in panic mode that I’ve been ****med. So if you have time to threaten and call them everyday, take the risk of buying from them. Was my worst terrible experience with online shopping. Not even international sites make you run around like this 🚮
