Waiting more than a week for delivery from Showspace.co.za

I purchased from Showspace.co.za exactly a week ago and delivery has still not materialized. I've e-mailed *** on the 3rd day of waiting for the delivery just to follow up on my order and I was just ignored. I then emailed on the 4th day again to follow up on my order. I then received an email later that day from *** and was told... "Kindly note that your order will be shipped out on Monday and you should be receiving it on Thursday latest." Thursday would be the 8th business day that I'm waiting on my delivery. Who still takes 8 days to deliver? I thought buying online cuts out the hassle.

The reviews I've read made me excited at first, to use Showspace.co.za but, now the positive reviews seems like lies. This makes a person wonder about who the people are who writes those positive reviews
