unfair customer treatment

The online retailer does not advise you whilst shopping that the products are not in stock and you will have to wait. I bought two fans and upon paying got the message I will receive them within 1-3 days. 4 days later of no communication, I sent an email and I was assured that I will get my goods the very next day. 8 days later I requested for a refund. The retailer has refused to refund me and they have decided to ignore me. They still have my money and ignore me completely.
