They delivered a used tv stick to me

I ordered an Android tv stick from showspace from the day it was dear it didn't work at all i send them the return form i did literally everything they as us to do for returning the goods up till now they did not resond to my emails even when i try to call them they dont answer this was my first time buying from them.this people are *****sters see name showspace run for your money!!!
