SMEG Kettle delivered with scratches - paint removed

I bought SMEG appliances at this store and the Kettle came with scratches, I reported the matter as soon as possible, I was asked to send videos and pictures and complete a form which I did but till today no one from this store has made contact with me regarding the way forward, replacement or refund and I am stuck with scratches SMEG kettle in my house.
