Showspace terrible service - don't buy from them

I placed an order with Showspace on the 11th September 2023. After several calls trying to speak to an agent, it was advised that my order will be refunded upon proof of banking details. I have sent this to Showspace - still waiting for my refund. The contact number doesn't work most days. Shocking service and starting to think that this website is a ****.
