SHOWSPACE REFUND -Stock availability wrongly advertised

Stay away from Showspace, I ordered a backup power system IN STOCK for 41.000 ZAR. Got a phone call from them later that day saying battery is not available and offered 2 other brands which I found on hellopeter with very bad reviews and at a higher cost. I asked them to refund me asap as I need to look elsewhere. The answer was that they dont have to refund me at all as it is mentioned in their TCs and they would do so as a favor only and it will take 10 to 14 days. But the money is available in their wallet and I could buy something else. SHOWSPACE is in my opinion a very tricky company that one should never deal with, absolutely not customer friendly. Guys be careful out there with these wannabe companies.
