Showspace - no reaction on support emails

I emailed the support email address as that was the only one I could find. I wanted to obtain information about a product that is supposed to be in stock. That was about 27 hours ago. I only received an immediate auto-reply that I would be contacted within 24 hours but I am still waiting. Considering the non-existent pre-sale experience I´d rather look for an alternate supplier, be it at a higher cost.
