Shocking service Bad bad products

I bought $ inverters (Growatt). Inverters installed in July 2022. In September the first inverter broke, it was sent back and fixed, (took almost 3 months). The in December the other 3 broke and the repaired one also. I queried this and was told the Growatt inverters don't work well in coastal areas and they are not selling it to coastal areas anymore. My 4 inverters were sent back to the supplier for fixing. It is now end April and still no inverters. According to their terms and conditions, if they cant repair or replace in 30 days a refund will be offered......No refund, no products no service!! We are now starting legal action against Showspace. Find a supplier that wants to help and do business, stay clear of showspace.
