Shocking service

Never order from Showspace. I ordered Cadac flame tamers on the 25th of June, by the 11th of August, still nothing arrived, after numerous calls and email queries, and pathetic excuses, I told them to cancel it and give me a refund. I'm still waiting, its now August the 17th. They had the cheek to send me an invoice today saying the order is complete! Shocking!
