Revolting service

Delivery was supposed to occur within 2-4 days. After about 10 days I received the wrong item. I called and emailed constantly requesting either a refund or my order. I was promised my order would arrive and my requests to cancel and get a refund were thwarted and obstructed by either being told "the manager is busy", "we have 30 days to fulfill your order", "send an email" etc. I didn't get the refund and the item arrived after 3 weeks when it was no longer required. My comments and request for help on social media were also blocked and removed.
