Refund what you can not deliver

Advertise stock on a IQ700 Siemens Gas Hob with wok that was not IN STOCK. Ordered online and paid

promised delivery dates have not been honored , NO courtesy to keep us actively informed failing to repeatedly deliver on promised delivery dates.

We have since bought and already taken delivery of the item from an alternative supplier. We now request a refund We told our order was a special request order and cannot be refunded. At the time of placing the order, we ordered thinking they have stock. We opted to wait for the stock which stock was promised to be delivered on 16/09 then 15/10 then 15/11 then 06/12 and now 16/12.

we want a FULL REFUND and hope to get this without further frustrations.
