Poor service and no refund policy? I call bull****!

I ordered an item via PayJustNow, they didn't give me a order number but I gave them the benefit of doubt. A month later I still haven't received anything. I sent a email and they rep**** about a week later telling me the item was lost. I asked to change delivery address as I started a new Jon and it would have been delivered to my old office but they didn't respond. A waited a while and eventually emailed asking to cancel the order the chose to ignore it and now they want to send it after I phoned for I don't know how many times.. Now they don't want to refund me either for the item I bought, they can only deliver the item or give store credit!! Like I would shop there again!!! It's bull**** that the customers have to suffer for their poor service!
