Poor Service and Dishonesty

I bought Milex Retro style breakfast combo Ivory on the 07.06.2023. I was expecting delivery within 4 days according to them. On the 14.06.2023 I send them email for follow-up there was no response. On the 15.06.2023 I called their number on I spoke to Tallic and said they are out of stock and they will contact me before the end of business day which they did not. I called again on the 19.06.2023 I spoke to Shalin guy, he said that the is a price issue and they are in contact with the 3rd party. I bought item for R 1365 and the say its R 1499. He said they rather refund me that deliver because of the price. I think its pure lie because Tallic and Shalin they gave me to different story.
