Pathetic Service from Showspace

Guys please do not use Showspace. They are ******. I ordered a toaster and kettle from them in July. I received the kettle and wasnt happy with it so i returned it. The toaster never got delivered to me because i cancelled it before they dispatched it. They were supposed to refund me for my toaster in full. And according to their **** T&Cs consumers need to pay them a 25% handling fee and for courier to collect the return. These ****** at Showspace deducted just over R1000,00 from me for the handling fee. I don't see why i should pay because the toaster never got to me. The 2 useless ****s that work there are *******. Its Shaylin and Taariq. It took them 2 months. They keep blaming the suppliers. So the suppliers refund them and they ***** our money. Please do not buy from them. You will have major regrets. Nevertheless they are in for a very big surprise soon.
