Pathetic Customer Service

Absolutely pathetic service from Showspace. I ordered a kettle and toaster in July, I was not happy with the products so the very next day i logged the return. They took more than a week to have it collected and still wants to charge me an admin fee. Its 2 months now and i still didn't receive my refund from them. They kept saying that Defy hasn't given them the credit. I had to call Defy myself only to find out that the credit was passed. They made me pay for the toaster that never reached me because i cancelled before they dispatched. They take days to repond to emails, they always promise to call back but it never happens. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
