Order untraceable

I ordered and paid for a SMEG kettle on the 27th May 2025 and was told turnaround time for delivery is 3-5 days. I am still waiting for my order even now. No communication at all and their phone goes unanswered all the time. I wish I had seen all the bad reviews before buying from them.
