None Existence of Service

If there was a ZERO Star, I would rate this one zero. Communications = 0 Customer Service = 0 I should’ve read the reviews before buying from these. I doubt they even exist. I placed my order 10 days ago. I have not received the tracking information, there is no update of my order on the website. I feel like I’m being ****med.
