No order or tracking details received after a week

The first time I've ordered from this place and most definitely the last. My order was supposedly shipper last week Thursday, yet a week later I still have not received it nor have I received any tracking details to track it. They rep**** to my online enquiry saying my order was from a third party supplier and that they would contact them to provide me with tracking details but here I am still waiting for those. They don't respond to any emails or messages on Facebook and you can't get through on their telephone number. They don't seem to care about their customers or customer service. I deeply regret ordering from them.
