Never received what I paid for.

I never received the correct product.

I waited for almost a month for the product to arrive, once delivered I realized that they sent me the smaller version of the product I ordered after numerous going back and forth over email over a span of about 3 weeks, sending the product back, paying an additional amount for the correct product I required, they mentioned that I will not be able to receive the correct product as the one they delivered incorrectly due to a system glitch on their side had packaging damage, where they told me it was the incorrect packaging. They therefore proceeded to inform me that I will not be able to receive the actual product that I needed and that they will rather send back the smaller version that I have no use for.
