Worst customer service ever. they never respond to your emails or ever answer your calls. and even thier return policy is a joke...its so confusing and you will end up loosing more than half on a refund. i requested to return an item due to ot being faulty and didnt even have a power cord but i get jack feedback from these ppl. now im sitting with a item that cost R5000 and is as good as a door stop
