I bought a stove they advertised on their website. A day after I had paid for it, I was told that it is no longer available and I would be refunded fully. They apologized for the inconvenience, and a few days later I was refunded. To my surprise, I was not refunded the full amount I had initially paid. Their customer care line was not being answered. After struggling for weeks to get hold of them and a string of emails,they got back to me. I was told that the amount they refunded was exclusive of handling fee, that I am liable to pay for handling even if the order was canceled due to their false advertising. To make things worse, the same item I ordered is still being advertised on their website. Many customers will fall victim to this.
