INVERTER ORDER CANCELLATION

I have bought a Mecer inverter from this supplier.

A day later I tried to cancel the order and was told that I cannot cancel. Only to find out that they are out of stock.

I have asked them to cancel the order as I cannot wait until end of March to receive the inverter which is still reflecting as "in stock" on their website.

I spoke to a guy named Tariq, who promised to speak to the manager and revert back to me via email or call me regarding my order cancellation. I am still waiting for the call since last week 25th of January. My emails are being ignored.
