Incredible Customer Service

I had placed an order on the 28th of March, unfortunately, by the 4th of April I hadn't received a shipping notice. This was the first time I had purchased anything from this site and after seeing some of the negative comments on this page, to say I was concerned would be an understatement. I had logged a query on their website and had only received the best customer service from Ringo Govender & Shaylin Rajlal. Thank you for your prompt feedback! My order was shipped and delivered the very next day.
