I bought a Smeg kettle and toaster combo in Dec 2024

I bought a Smeg kettle and toaster combo in Dec 2024. In Feb I noticed a small chirp on the kettle (paint peeled off). I notified them, they sent me a form to fill in and send to them plus invoice and a photo of the kettle. I did that on the 3rd of March, I haven't heard from them since then. My emails are not rep**** nor the calls to their call centre.
