Give this site a miss - you may never receive your order or refund.

I ordered a floor polisher and paid upfront at the end of December. Their website states 4 - 6 days for delivery. It is now eight weeks later, and I have not received my order. They do not respond to my emails, and their customer service line remains unanswered more often than not. They claim that the product has a price discrepancy from the supplier, but this is not my problem AND the product is still listed on their website at the price I paid. I have no idea how to resolve the matter - even when they answer the phone, they make promises they fail to deliver on. You cannot get a reference number for a phone call; they don't respond to emails, and my requests for a recording of phone calls to be sent to me remain unanswered.
