Exhausting buying/refund experience!!

What an exhausting experience buying from Showspace ! Invoice 1107.

Please do not expect Showspace to be a Takealot experience.

We bought a product, paid and wait and only to being notified after some time that the product is not available but we can buy another one more expensive. Which we did as we were busy rennovating the kitchen.

After several attempts of trying to find out when it will be delivered , we asked for a refund as the promised delivery times were not met and the waiting for this item delayed the whole project . So again the refund wasn't made when they said it would have been done. Enquiring again they said that they will refund as soon as the supplier has refunded them!!!

We paid Showspace and now we have to wait and wait toll they receive the money from the supplier. And NO communication whatsoever from them as to when. Unsure if we will get a refund.
