Dont want to refund **********

I have bought a Growatt inverter from this supplier.

They said they don’t have it in stock. I have asked them to refund my money

My emails are ignored

Today I was told they can’t refund it in my credit card they will give me store credit

There have been trying to force me to add more money and take another inverter

Please stay away

I will review this one’s my issue is being resolved
