Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT ever shop here!!

I ordered an air fryer that arrived with a banged up box, no protective foam and it was scratched all over. I initiated a refund immediately upon arrival and I have been taken from pillar to post regarding my refund. They have not been responding to my emails, I can never get ahold of them via their customer support. I initiated the refund on 01/08/2024 and I still haven’t received anything. Please do NOT shop here if you value your time and money.
