Disappointed

After I placed an order Showspace let me know that the price was wrong and that I have to pay an extra R501 or wait for a refund for up to 14 days. I paid the extra money and received the order, but the order was incomplete. Online it stated that a pizza cuter was included but I did not receive it. I emailed them and haven’t heard anything back for a whole week.

I would NOT recommend using them as their sales and after sales service is very poor and disappointing.
