Delivered the wrong item and now won’t swap it. No customer service.

Terrible service. I ordered an item according to the image on their website, they delivered a different item and when I contacted them they said that the image on their website was incorrect. They have refused to assist me or swap the item. Terrible service, do not buy from this business.
