Bad, poor customer service

I'm very disappointed, don't think I will ever buy from this shop I've made an order it took forever to receive, there's no communication. Now I've logged a return it's been 13 days already, when I call they say they can't trace my emails for return while at the same time I received a confirmation to say my emails were received.
