bad cuatomer service

ordered a kettle from them on 21/05/2024 since day one status was on dispatched. Even today, status still remains on dispatched. There is no way on following up as their ticket system seems to be a parrot, repeating the same thing. Pathetic. This was my first and last time using them!!!
