48v EVO lithium batteries

I purchased two EVO lithium Batteries for my Solar Panel /Inverter installation. The decision was based on a 10 year warranty on the units and assurances that they were 'good quality' and a growing Brand in the market. The second (more expensive than the first by R2500 due to increased demand even though purchased a mere three weeks after the first one!) arrived 30 days late due to 'unforseen'shipping delays due to the Ukraine war apparently?. On arrival and installation by a qualified technician and after consultation with Showcases technicians, it was deemed faulty and sent to Ballito from Leisure Bay for assessment , at my cost. After being promised that it would either be reset or replaced immediately neither has materialised despite twice being promised, to 'get back to me by end of business today '. These batteries are over R25000 each and one would expect better service than this!
