Showpo has bad customer service.

I ordered a piece online from showpo for an upcoming event. I ordered it WAY in advance to be sure it will arrive in time because of all the covid delays. Before I ordered it stated that the package will arrive by the 28th of September, since the 14th of September the package has not moved. I emailed the company and the don’t even try to help. They just say that because of social distancing it takes longer.
