No delivery from Showpo

I have contacted Showpo at least 4 times and they have not delivered a dress. It was suppose to be delivered on the 16th of December, and it’s now the 5th of February. They just act as though it’s out their hands. It’s cost me $69.95 for the dress, and $16 for shipping! On top of that, I could not wear the dress to the wedding I was going to!
