Zero support for customers

If there was an option for zero I’d honestly rate a zero ,you have no regard for customers ,there is no option to call the call center for support ,you agents ask you the same thing over and over and do not take time to read what the query is about ,I asked to be contacted because your agent does not know how to assist ,I asked for a number to call ,(AYANDA)ignored my chat ,if no one calls me by tomorrow ,cancel the subscription and refund me immediately ,I’m tired !
