I wish it was possible to rate you 0 star. You have an agent that is just pathetic and clueless in the name of Neo that could't help me with a single thing. I asked for the issue of compatibility to resolved since I haven't been able to access showmax from the 24th of January but he couldn't help. I am requesting a refund from showmax he/she is telling me how they can't see my payment that they debit every month. I ask for cancellation of my prescription and refund since I am paying for a service not rendered to me. This is the worst service and migration in the history of streaming. You guys are a **** of NOTE that takes peoples money but no service provided.
