Worst subscription service ever

I was charged for an account that was cancelled and Lerato who I spoke with on chat would not even acknowledge what happened with my account. She would not even allow an escalation to a Manager. Just kept arguing what happened when she clearly does not understand how Showmax transactions work. I was charged for an I can't I cancelled and cannot and did not use. I just want my money back. Will never sign up with them again.
